Thormodsgard, Audrey A. (Chappell)

Audrey was preceded in death by her husband: Verne; sister: Jeanne; brothers: Bob & Jerry; She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Rasmussen of Omaha; son, Steve Thormodsgard of Kearney; grandchildren, Danielle, Junior, and Kyle; sisters Pat Kiedinger of Texas, and Julie Woodhead of Omaha. She also was survived by many nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Audrey
survived a long life. She was a strong, witty woman who loved family and
parties. She was a good cook back in her day, and she loved to knit, read, and
watch movies. She had a memory like an elephant.  In her later years she regularly went to
church, She loved being around her grandson Kyle which brought a smile to her
face. She loved to make treats with him. Back in the day she enjoyed caring for
her mother and brother. She enjoyed accompanying Verne on his short business
trips. Audrey and Verne made many long-lasting friends during their years while
living in various places.

In
her final days she was peaceful and surrounded by many family members.
