Thomas R. (Rich) Hartsock

6/1/60 - 6/21/26 Rich was one of five children born to Bob & Betty Hartsock. He was the only boy and took pride in annoying his four sisters. Rich was good-hearted and friendly and always had an opinion about his Huskers and St. Louis Cardinals. He had an inquisitive and technical mind, helping people with their computer needs, especially his untechnical sisters. He grew up in the Keystone area, graduating from Omaha Northwest, class of ‘78. In his younger years, he was in 4-H and showed a prize winning sheep. He played baseball in Keystone Little League. In his professional life, he worked at Molex, ConocoPhillips, Homer’s, PayPal, LinkedIn. He concentrated on IT work at many of those companies until he retired last year. Rich loved to collect guitars, CDs and DVDs and was amazingly knowledgeable of music genres. Rich is survived by his four sisters, Linda John (Gerald), Lincoln; Chris Faust, Omaha; Lori Hartsock-Kane (Tim), Las Vegas, NV; Terri Hartsock, Omaha; niece Brenna Von Dollen (Michael), Omaha; nephew Dillon Faust, Omaha; great nieces Lola and Margo Von Dollen, Omaha, his closest friends and they know who they are. Special thanks to all the medical teams who gave Rich excellent care, including Immanuel Comfort Care team; Dr. Luke Nordquist and team, and Barbara Clinkenbeard.
