Terry was born February 20, 1952, in Omaha, NE.
Terry leaves behind his fraternal twin, they were among 13 siblings. He went to North High School in Omaha, NE. He enlisted in the Army in September 1970 and was on active duty until 1973, where he then served in the reserves until September 1976.
Terry married Kathy Kizlin in October 1972. They had 2 daughters: Cissy Marie, and Cally Ann. After leaving the military, Terry worked 17+ years with his brothers pouring concrete. He became an entrepreneur installing and refinishing hardwood floors for 20+ years.
Terry retired roughly 10 years ago. He spent his retirement keeping busy with his favorite past times: working in the garage, taxi for grandkids, working on cars with grandson, and watching his favorite classic westerns. Terry left us due to a long, valiant battle with cancer.
As we bid farewell to our beloved husband, father and grandfather, we pledge to honor his memory by living the values he embodied, by cherishing the family he loved so dearly and by continuing the work he began. We will carry forward his legacy of kindness, spirit, adventure and work ethic.
