Sheri L. Pedersen

Sheri L. Pedersen, born March 21, 1948, passed away on October 1, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.  

Sheri was a happy, fun-loving, and spunky woman who brought joy and laughter wherever she went. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandma, sister, and aunt.

One of the greatest joys in Sheri’s life was spoiling the people she loved. Whether through a thoughtful gift, a home-cooked meal, or something she had baked just for them, Sheri showed her love through generosity and kindness.

She loved spending time with her sister at the casino, traveling and being with friends. She enjoyed life and sharing it with the people around her.

Sheri leaves behind her beloved husband, Robert Pedersen; her children, Don Pedersen and Traci Christian and son-in-law Chad Christian; and her grandchildren, Brianna Ramaeker, Drew Ramaeker, Micah Murphy, Macie Murphy, Tiffany Christian, and Brooke Ihde. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Cameron Christian.

She is also survived by her sister and best friend, Judy Farrell, and her brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Vicky Thompson. Judy’s husband, Martin Farrell Sr., preceded Sheri in death.

Sheri’s greatest treasures were the people she loved. Her warmth, laughter, generosity, and spunky spirit will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Most of all, they will remember Sheri for the love she gave so freely and the happiness she brought into their lives.

Visitation Tuesday 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Roeder Mortuary. Funeral Service 10:00 AM Wednesday (10/7/2026) at Roeder Mortuary 2727 N. 108th Street Omaha, Nebraska.

Burial Wednesday 12:30 at Omaha National Cemetery.
