Of Omaha, survived by daughter Shelly Howdle, son Jeff Morris, 5 Grandchildren, Mother Florence Weigel, Aunt Ann Maynard.
Our Mom was a very strong, independent woman. Her family was her happiness. She loved us, loved her pets, yet her biggest love was her 5 grandchildren. She worked for HUD for 30 years and then Mail Solutions for 10 years. Anxiously awaiting her first grandchild, she retired from HUD when Alex was born. Over the next several years, 4 more grandchildren were added to the family, Ally, Sam, Ellie and Carson. She was a proud Grandma and loved to spend time with the grandkids. Mom was very generous and was always there for us, usually before we knew we needed her. Despite her many health issues she always persevered. We take comfort in knowing Mom is in heaven, walking without pain. She was taken from us too soon, too quickly. We love and miss you Mom….until we see you again.
Memorial Service 10:00 A.M. Saturday at Roeder Mortuary 108th Street Chapel. Memorials to American Animal Hospital. Private family interment.
