Sharon L. Briese

Sharon L. Briese was born on August 30, 1950, in Lincoln, Nebraska, to Robert and Betty Olderog. She spent her childhood in Omaha, where she created many fond memories and graduated from Westside High School in 1968. Sharon continued her education at Peru State College, where she began shaping the values of family, dedication, and kindness that would define her life.

On March 22, 1975, Sharon married the love of her life, Paul Briese. Together they built a strong, loving home and raised three children: Nancy, Paul Jr., and Daniel. Sharon was a devoted stay-at-home mother who poured her heart into caring for her family and making their house a true home.

Later in life, Sharon embraced her role as a grandmother with great enthusiasm and joy. She was deeply involved in the lives of her grandchildren: Paul III, Keith, and Joey; attending games, cheering from the sidelines, and always offering her support and encouragement.

A proud and patriotic woman, Sharon held deep respect for her country and the values it stood for. She was also a passionate fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, never missing a chance to cheer them on, win or lose.

Sharon will be remembered for her love of family, her generous heart, and her unwavering spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, devotion, and laughter that will live on through her children and grandchildren.
