Survived by sons, David and Daryl Lewis; granddog, Dalbert; brothers, Joel Lewis and Ellis Rogers; sisters, Alma Rogers and Gloria Thompson; nieces and nephews, Joshua James, Kristoffer Rogers and Teneika James and family friend, Marilyn Demarest.   Memorials suggested to the family for later designation

VISITATION Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 10-11am followed by the FUNERAL SERVICE at 11am all at Victory Church 6330 N. 56th Street. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
