Rosetta J. Ford

Rosetta Ford passed from this Earth on November 23, 2025. She was predeceased by her parents: Floyd and Williemae Whitsitt; and her sister: Shirley Folkers. She is survived by her brother: Bob Whitsitt; her son: Jay Ford and his wife: Debbie Ford; and her daughter: Dawn Ford and her partner: Charles Reid. Rosetta was raised on a farm and that work ethic remained with her throughout her career as a bookkeeper at three health clubs in Omaha. She finally retired at the end of 2019 after working for 30 years at Prairie Life Fitness Center. Rosetta loved to dance and to attend the theater, and she enjoyed going to concerts for a wide range of musical genres. She was loved by her family and many long-time friends and will be missed.

Luncheon to follow at Presbyterian Church of the Master 10710 Corby Circle Omaha, NE
