Survived by children Tammy (David, Jr.) Hawkes, and Todd Johnson. Grandchildren Alex (Amy Kenyon) Kenyon-Johnson, David III and Dannielle Hawkes. Great Grandchild Elliot Kenyon. Sister-in-Law Linda Johnson. Laurie Snyder as well as a host of other family and friends.
