Roger was always passionate about his military service and his nursing career. For the last few years, he has really enjoyed monthly luncheons with his Army buddies. He loved to read – always had several books at home, in the car and with him on vacations. He cherished all the time he spent with his grandchildren and has left them with many wonderful memories. In his spare time, he often did word searches, crossword puzzles, and watched the History Channel, Lawrence Welk, and Bob Ross.
