Rodney "Rod" J. Haferbier

Age 68 - Preceded in death by mother, JoAnne Ulfers and father, Earl Haferbier.  Survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Christine; children, Chad Haferbier (Stephanie B.), Jodie Haferbier McGill (Tim), Jamie Haferbier Gustafson (Joe); grandchildren, Collin, Elana and Jude McGill, Evan and Vivian Gustafson, Henry, Howe and Homer Haferbier; siblings, Connie Leinen (Gail), Harold Haferbier, Judith Hannon (Russ), Roger Haferbier, Christian Walsh (Larry); sister-in-law, Barb Edgar; brother-in-law, Scott Edgar and many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.     

Visitation: Friday (12/1/2023) from 6-8 PM at Roeder Mortuary. Memorial Service: Saturday (12/2/2023) 10 AM at Roeder Mortuary, 2727 N. 108th Street, Omaha NE. Burial to follow with military honors at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorials to the family for later designation.
