Retired from the US Navy and Graybar. His parents, Harold and Pauline, and his son, Harold Rouse, preceded him in death. Survived by wife, Kay. Stepchildren Bob (Rhonya) and Russellb (Joanne) Swanson and Clint (Patty) Rast. Gavin (Caroline), Regan (Justin), Mason, Cody (Jennifer), Kelsey (Josh), Sam (Chris), Angie, and Spencer, and 16 great-grandchildren. As per Rich’s request, there will not be a burial service or a visitation.
