Gretna - Retired Sprinkler Fitter, Passed away August 25 surrounded by his family. Dick was a loving husband, father, grandfather & talented musician.
Survived by wife Connie, son Jeff, daughter & son in law Amy & Mark Hintz, granddaughters Kaylee & Emily, brothers Ronald , Ray , brother in law Randy Short, sisters in law Marcia Walters & Gloria Short, many nieces, nephews, cousins & wonderful friends. Preceded in death by parents, father in law, 2 brothers, brothers in law & nephew.
Visitation Sunday 3-5 PM at Resurrection Lutheran Church 153 S. McKenna Ave. Gretna, NE. Funeral Service Monday 10:00 AM at Resurrection Lutheran Church 153 S. McKenna Ave. Gretna. Private Interment Tekamah Cemetery. Memorials to Resurrection Lutheran Church or the family.
