Age 96 - Quinceola Davis was born in Gibson Station, Oklahoma, to the late Cleveland Sr. and Ruby C. Turner. She loved her family deeply. She didn’t hesitate to help any of her siblings Doris, Cleo, Mable, Florence, Charles, and Cleveland Jr. any way she could.
She moved to Omaha, Nebraska where she met John Davis and they were blessed with a Son, John. She married twice. Her first marriage was to Hobert Adams. God blessed the family with three wonderful children through this union. Mellany, Michael and Nina. Quinceola found love again with Sam Davis, they enjoyed an everlasting love and friendship.
Quinceola was the first in her family to gain a Cosmetology license. She worked in the field for 35 years owning her own successful business.
Quinceola was proceeded in death by both parents; one son Michael Adams; one granddaughter Shetnee Turner, one grandson Jeremy Simmons, four sisters Cleo Turner, Doris Pride, Florence Smalls, and Mable Cook.
Those left to cherish Quinceola Davis’s amazing memories are all of the Crittle/Brown Family; one son, John S Turner (Gay) and two daughters, Mellany Simmons and Nina Adams; two brothers Charles Turner (Mary), Cleveland Turner Jr (Alice) of Oklahoma. Her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
We will always love our Matriarch until the end of time.
Services will be held on Friday (3/29/2024) at Roeder Mortuary, 2727 N 108th Street, Omaha NE. Viewing from 10:00 - 11:00 AM with Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
