Phyllis A. Woodard

Age 84 - Preceded in death by husband, George H. Woodard; daughter, Karla Woodard; granddaughter, Michelin Patrick; parents, Joe & Tony Paben and 6 siblings.  Survived by daughter, Teresa Woodard and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2207 Wirt St., Omaha, NE.  Visitation on Tuesday from 5-7 PM with Rosary Service at 6:30 PM. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (1/4/2023) at 10:00 AM.  Memorials to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
