Peggy J. Murphy

April 10, 1951 - October 11, 2018.

Preceded in death by parents Edward & Marjorie Towey; Husband John “Jack” Murphy. Survived by sons Michael Buell, Robert Murphy, and grandchildren Allyssa, Jack, Sam and Connor of Omaha; Step-children Patti Wills and John Murphy.


Peggy will also be fondly remembered by her sisters, brother, step grandchildren and many more family and friends.


Peggy is the former owner of Jack’s Foodway and Bedford Market. She finished her career as a CPA with Peter Kiewit and Sons.

Memorial service 11am Saturday, October 20th at Roeder Mortuary, 2727 North 108th St. Luncheon to follow at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints, 17606 Spaulding Street, Omaha, NE. To celebrate her life, Peggy has always requested for no-one to wear black at her funeral.
