Pauline Marie Olson (Silvestrini)

Pauline Marie Giovanna Anna Silvestrini Olson was born September 2, 1926 to Antonio and Amabile Silvestrini. Her loving family consisted of her parents, and her siblings Ann and John. 

She attended Park grade school where she met her husband Bernie. She went on to Tech high school where she graduated. 

After dating for a while, she gave Bernie an ultimatum: “Give me a ring or off I go”. Of course, he complied!

The Silvestrini parents gave their blessing, but the Olson parents did not. So, they eloped! Married on June 9, 1951, they began their wonderful story together. 

She had a wide variety of jobs, and she excelled in every single one of them.

Both Pauline and Bernie loved God. Throughout her life, Pauline was involved in the Cenacle Group, Funeral Dinners, and Sunday Money Counting at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. 

Pauline leaves behind her two daughters, Sharon (Jeff) Carpenter and Cindy Olson; grandchildren Jennifer and Christian; nephew Dan (Kathy) Surdell Sr.; niece Laura (James) Davis; the Silvestrini cousins: Margie, Jolene, and Michelle; many other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation 5:00 - 7:00 PM Tuesday (11/1/2022) with Rosary at 7:00PM at Roeder Mortuary, 2727 N 108th St. Omaha, NE.

Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Wednesday (11/2/2022) at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 5419 N 114th St. Omaha, NE.
