Survived by husband, Harlan; children, Joyce Marie Harter , Debbie Harter, Joe Harter, Clalien Harter, Bill Harter and Mollie Haney ; grandchildren, Adam, Amanda, Cory, Jackson, Ben, Emily, Gabriel and Lilly; great grandchildren, Autumn, Colby, Kingston and Natalia; brothers in-law, Gary Harter , Wrex Harter and Mike Harter ; sister in-law, Patti Crozier ; nieces, nephews and many friends.
