7/13/1938 - 7/9/2022 Age 83 - Preceded in death by parents, Ammie & Ambrose Harris; daughter, Loretta J. Holmes; brother, Joe Nathan, Johnnie, Roy, Jessie, Ambrose and Albert Harris; sister, Ruby  Harris, Ruth Conway and Betty Jackson.  Survived by sons, Rickey and Ronwick "Biggie" Holmes ; daughters, LaJuanta "Diann" Holmes-King and LaShawn Salery of Lexington, KY; granddaughters, LaTricia Holmes, LaTonya Holmes and LaIvonna King;  great grandchildren, Ravyn Helm, LaRiah Holmes and a host of other loving family and friends. Services will be held on Thursday at Roeder Mortuary, 4932 Ames Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. Visitation from 10-11 AM with Funeral Service at 11 AM. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery, Omaha, Nebraska.
