Michael L. Bowman

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Michael Lynn Bowman, a dedicated insurance agent, loving father, and cherished family man.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne (Sue) Bowman, Patricia Williams, and his brother, Marc Bowman.

Michael is survived by his children, Kellie (Spencer) Southwell and Kyle (Annie) Bowman; his sisters, Teri (Brad) Bukacek and Tami Turner and brother, Gerry Bowman. He is also survived by his significant other of many years, Cathy Klasi, and her children, Bridget (Colton) Thomas, Madeline (Robert) Kreiling, and Steven Klasi. Michael's love and influence extended to a broader family circle including many nieces and nephews.

In honoring Michael's legacy, we remember a man of integrity, dedication, and unwavering love for his family. Beyond his professional pursuits, he found immense joy in supporting and coaching his children in their various activities. He cherished time spent at the family cabin in Minnesota, creating lasting memories with his six beloved grandchildren: Brady, Quinn, Reese, Brynn, Owen, and Brylee. Their presence brought him immeasurable happiness and added to the richness of his life.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 30th from 5-8pm and Memorial Service on Friday, December 1st at 10:30am.  Both will be held at The Water's Edge Church, 19600 Harrison St, Gretna, NE 68028.
