Michael Yano Adams

Michael Yano Adams was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Quinceola L., and Hobert Adams. Michael was a kind, empathetic person. Whenever you talked to him you knew that he genuinely cared about you and want you were saying. He was a gentleman who always gave you his full attention during your conversation with him. A gentle giant, who you could count on  for a word of encouragement just when you needed it. Like everyone else he had trials and tribulations, but he never complained. Full of positive light and wisdom, he was a pleasure to be around. The who things he loved most in the world were his family and the Lord. He will be truly missed by those who remain here... But his spirit has gone before us, and has been welcomed into heaven.

Michael is preceded in death by his grandmother Ruby Turner, and father Hobert Adams.

He is survived by daughter, Cheia Herbert; mother Quinceola L. Davis; brother John. S. Turner (Gay) & sisters, Mellany D. Simmons & Nina Y. Adams.

Services will be held Monday, October 9, 2023 at Roeder Mortuary - 108th Street Chapel.  Visitation from 10:00 AM to Noon with a Funeral Service at Noon.  Burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Services will be livestreamed below.
