Mary Kay Knight

Mary Kay Knight Age 68 of Omaha, NE passed away on December 29, 2021. She was born on January 16, 1953 in Isabel, South Dakota to Eldan and Sylvia Schlabs. She was one of 5 children. She was a very loving child who deeply cared for her parents and siblings. They moved to Omaha around 1954 where she was raised. She was fortunate to have met 2 wonderful men in her life, with whom she had 4 beautiful children. Mary spent her life loving her children with an unconditional love unlike anything you've ever seen. Then her true calling in love came with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. This was one of the most precious times of her life. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her whole heart. She lived for them and loved them with passion. There is so many people that have stated that Mary was a mom or grandma to everyone that showed up at her door. This could not be truer. Mary was your biggest fan and a Fierce defender. When thinking of Mary please remember her as a daughter. A sister. A aunt. A wife. A mom. A Grandma And her favorite title, Grandma The Great. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; son, William Jankowski; grandson, Raymond Jankowski; sister, Dorothy Payne and brother, Roger Schlabs. Mary is survived by her children, Toni Stella , Christina Jankowski , Alvin Jankowski and Michelle Jankowski ; grandchildren, Chadd, Brandon and Franco Jankowski; great-grandchildren, Blaine and Kason Jankowski; husband, Ray Knight; brother, Doug Sclabs ; sister, Toni Heng; nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation: 4:00 to 6:00 PM Wednesday, January 5, 2022 with the Funeral Service at 6:00 PM. Inurnment: 3:00 PM Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Blair Cemetery, 700 Jackson St, Blair, Nebraska.
