Lovenia D. Bowens

Age 79 - Preceded in death by parents, Lee Bell and Jessie Mae Hayes; siblings, Doris Jackson, Lee Varnest Hayes, Lee Earnest Hayes, Jesse Hayes, Annie Dexter and Johnny Ray Hayes.  Survived by children, Diondra D. Bowens (Carla), Andrea R. Bowens, Marilyn L. Russell; grandchildren, Toddrick Bowens, Tyler Bowens, Audrianna Edmonds, Angelik Edmonds, Ayana Edmonds; great grandchildren, Ozara and Oniah Bowens; siblings, Darlene Bullock, Frank Hayes, Beulah Easterling, Patricia Hayes-Harris (Donald Harris) and a host of other loving family and friends.  

Services will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 at Roeder Mortuary, 4932 Ames Ave, Omaha NE 68104.  Visitation will be from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM with Funeral Service starting at 1:30 PM. Burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
