Judy S. Gage was born May 16, 1941 to Thornley K. and Dorothy P. Swan. She spent much of her younger years on her father's ranch near Monte Cristo, Utah.
Judy graduated from Davis High School, Kaysville, Utah in 1958. She then attended Utah State University where she was a member of the USU rodeo club. She enjoyed barrel racing and was crowned the USU rodeo queen. While attending Utah State she met and married George E. Gage and moved to New York State. She spent most of her married life in the East loving the ocean, digging for clams, and developed a passion for riding motorcycles. The family later moved to Omaha Nebraska where Judy raised her two children, Kim and Brett. She attended Flatland Church where she became a Christian and devoted herself to her faith and serving others. Since her youth, Judy loved to dance and this remained with her throughout her life.
She is survived by her son, Brett Gage (Nida), her daughter, Kim Mend (Roberto). Her grandchildren, John Jennings(Meridian), Annmarie Ga and Jonathan Miranda.
Visitation Friday 5:00 - 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM till service time. Funeral Service 9:00 AM Saturday ( 1/24/2026 ) at Roeder Mortuary 2727 N. 108th Street Omaha, Nebraska. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
