Joseph Frederic Wreschnig

Joseph Frederic Wreschnig, age 68, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away
on March 29, 2019.

He was born on June 30, 1950, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Joseph
and Mary Ann Wreschnig. Joe graduated with a bachelor’s degree from
Michigan State University, a law degree from Marquette University, and his MBA
from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He worked as an attorney in
Milwaukee, moving into the financial services sector in Milwaukee and Appleton,
Wisconsin. He retired in 2008 as president of Woodman Financial Services in
Omaha.

He is survived by his wife, Jean; son, Joseph Wreschnig of Berlin, Germany; daughter, Amelia Gorman of Eureka CA;
sister, Claire Ingersoll; brothers Nick Wreschnig, and Steve
Wreschnig; aunt and uncle Bob and Florence Wiczynski; numerous nieces,
nephews, cousins and friends, especially Shawn, JoAnn, Mark and Tim.

In his retirement Joe enjoyed reading, traveling to Europe to
visit his son, and trips to his cabin in Minnesota.

A celebration of Joseph’s life will be held Thursday, April 4, at
3:30 PM at Augustana Lutheran Church, 3647 Lafayette Avenue, with visitation
from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, prior to the service.

Private family inurnment at a later date.
