Omaha - Jim passed away at POW Camp # 5 during the Korean Conflict. Survived by son: James Wendell Dorrance-Watson; and many nieces & nephews; sisters: Patricia Grimes (dec), Marie Dorrance (dec), Ellen Kostkan (dec), Frances Hineline-Dietz (dec), Fern Arch-Lund (dec); brother: Henry Dorrance (dec).
Jim was part of Company B Battery, 82nd Anti-Aircraft Artillery - Automatic Weapons Battalion, Division Artillery, 2nd Infantry Division, Eighth.
