Holly Jo Seymour, born in Omaha Nebraska. Survived by daughters Kinsley, Lainey, and Macey Seymour. Parents Tom and Carol Welchert, brothers Tim Welchert and SteveWelchert, and boyfriend Ronnie Workman. Graduated from Northwest High School then Iowa Community college as an R.N.. Loving mother, sister, and daughter. Memorials to Family for a Trust Fund for her precious daughters.

Family will be receiving friends from 6:00-8:00 PM  Tuesday at Roeder Mortuary 2727 N. 108th Street Omaha, Nebraska
