Hershel J. Shouse

Hershel was born on April 4

, 1928 in Browning, Missouri. He was an only child. Hershel graduated from Omaha North High School, where he met his future wife, Maryann Jane Taylor. Together they had four children.

Hershel retired from working at OPPD, where he served as chief accountant. He also served as President of the 360 Rifle & Pistol Club. He enjoyed hunting, particularly pheasant and deer.

Hershel and Maryann took many bus tours and vacations across the United States, visiting every state except Alaska.

For the last two years, Hershel and Maryann have enjoyed their retirement at the Waterford at Miracle Hills Assisted Living facility.

He is Survived by Wife of 67 years: Maryann; Children: Mike , Nancy

Yohn, Judy Long, Lori Kimmons; 7 Grandchildren; 10 Great-grandchildren; And a host of other loving family and friends.
