Harold G. Mann

Gretna - Harold Gene Mann October 12, 1958 – January 13, 2026 Gretna, NE It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Harold Gene Mann, 67, on January 13, 2026. Harold was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Ragan; father, Jesse Earl Mann; and his son, Justin Blickenderfer. Harold is survived by his beloved wife, Ann; daughter, Brandi (Brian) Rowland; grandchildren, Kailee and Kyle; and his siblings, Charlie (Kim) Mann, Earl (Inez) Mann, Bobbie (Danny) Brown, JD (Ruthie) Mann, Linda (Earl) Neighbors, Connie (Kenny) Wyers, Jerry (Tina) Mann, Morgan Grant, Linda Jones, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Harold dedicated 43 years of his life working at Ag Processing Inc., where he was known for his hard work, dedication, and the kindness he shared with everyone he encountered. After retiring, Harold continued to share his expertise through consulting work with Wear Concepts, further utilizing the skill set he had spent so many years cultivating. The last couple of years of Harold’s life were filled with significant health challenges, yet he never complained. He met every obstacle with a smile, always hoping to grow stronger for himself and his family. His medical team appreciated his jovial spirit and kind heart, and he built genuine relationships with those who cared for him.

A man of remarkable character, Harold will be remembered for his loving, fun, and kind heart. His family was always his top priority, and he never missed an event or opportunity to support and love them. Above all, Harold found joy in what he called “the best gig ever”—being a devoted Papa to his grandchildren. He also had a special gift for making friends and knew no strangers. His friend circle was vast, and he was deeply loved by all who knew him. Harold had many passions, including his love for Arkansas Razorback sports—particularly football and baseball (WPS)—as well as hunting, fishing, and traveling. A gifted cook with legendary smoker skills, Harold was known for his culinary talents. He loved to feed people and could always be counted on to invite others over to enjoy a meal. Whether catering a family gathering or cooking for friends, Harold’s food was always a crowd favorite, and he was frequently asked to cater events for others. In all that Harold did, he touched lives with his warmth, generosity, and infectious spirit. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
