Gary Bohannon Sr. was called home to be with the lord on October 11, 2018. He was born January 22, 1959 in Omaha, Nebraska.  Gary is preceded in death by his parents; William and Opheila Bohannon, Clifford Jones Sr. and brother; Billy Bohannon. He is survived by his five children Royalle McArthur , Brandon Byrd , Whitney Byrd, Gary Bohannon Jr, Aaron Bohannon , and his ex-wife Marilyn Bohannon. Gary is also survived by his 6 brothers and 2 sisters; Andre Bohannon, Rene Bohannon , Bernie Bohannon , Cornell Bohannon , Dennis Bohannon ,Clifford Jones, Jeanette Cast , Lillian Bohannon and 15 grandchildren and an abundance of extended family and friends . Gary Bohannon graduated from North High in 1976. He went on to serve in the Marines on May 1, 1978 receiving several honors and a rifle marksman badge. Gary Bohannon then went on to have over 20 years in customer service. He was a member of Union Memorial Methodist Church South and attending Hope of Glory Ministries. Gary Bohannon was a loving father, a loving son, a loving brother and a loving friend.  He will truly be missed in every way. Memorial Services will be held at Roeder Mortuary, 4932 Ames Ave Omaha, Nebraska on October 20, 2018 at 10:00am.
