Age 59 - Preceded in death by parents, Willie & Jolinda Simmons; adoptive parents, Mr.  & Mrs. Vernon Bishop; favorite uncle, Emanuel Weathers; son, Tevon Graves and daughter, Tevonia Graves.  Survived by wife of 21 years, Antionette Simmons; children, Dwanette Youngblood, Terrie (Carlos) Carr, Yolanda (Iguan) Rodgers, Andrienne (Edward) McCloud and Kevin (Wuanetta) Youngblood; 19 grandchildren; 20 + great grandchildren; brothers, Carroll Simmons and Aaron (Maria) Bishop; a host of other loving family and friends.
