Elijah Wade III

Age 50 - Elijah "Honey Bunch" Wade III was born June 22, 1972. He came to Omaha, NE when he was just a baby. He graduated from South High School. He worked at Chubb's Foodway and Phil's Foodway. 

Elijah was a very quiet, laid back type of person, He did not do a lot of talking but boy could he laugh. He always had a smile on his face. 

Elijah grew up with three sisters; Gale, Michelle, Shaina and his step-dad, James. Elijah loved being under his mother when he was younger. He loved hanging out with his cousin, Louis Anderson. He loved to get trendy haircuts and wear trendy clothes. 

Elijah used to love riding his bike to go visit friends and family. Elijah was an amazing brother, caring and loveable man. 

Elijah will be truly missed. Gone but not forgotten. Rest easy until we meet again. 

Preceded in death by Jake and Jimmie Summers. Survived by his mother, Myrice Wade; three sisters, Gale Summers, Michelle Wade, Shaina Wade; nieces and nephews, Kristian Summers, Shyheim Robinson, DeShendre Robinson, Luvenia Robinson, Martevion Wade, Alia Gardiner, ShaNya Wade and LaTeona Mills.            

Service will be held on Wednesday (5/31/2023)  at Roeder Mortuary, 4932 Ames Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68104. Visitation from 10 – 12 PM with Funeral Service at 12 PM.  Services will be livestreamed below.
