DOROTHY L. SCHEER


November 14, 1919, to September 18, 2015

Dorothy L Scheer passed away at her home in Omaha, NE. She was born in Des Moines, IA, daughter of Hermann and Lily Love Lorenzen. After graduating from Central H.S. in Omaha, she later married Carl E. Scheer. They raised four children to know and love the Lord. Dorothy was the beloved matriarch of her family, treating everyone she knew with kindness and respect, and becoming a strong Christian role model in the way she lived her life.

Dorothy is survived by her four children: Lynne Eifert of Omaha; John Scheer of Lincoln; Donna Willet of Lincoln; Robert Scheer of Woodland, WA; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by loving husband Carl, two brothers, two sisters, and son-in-law Steve Willet.
