4932 Ames Ave. Omaha, NE 68104 453-5600 Dodie was the third child of Rogers and Lula Jean Luellen, born on December 18, 1964 in Omaha, Nebraska. Dodie went to elementary school at Monmouth Park and to middle school at St. Joan of Arc and St. Richards.  She attended high school at North High and then went on to Metropolitan Community College, in which she obtained an Associates Degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Dodie was extremely diversified in her profession in which she utilized her skills by working at major hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, and then lastly at the CSL Plasma. Dodie not only loved her boys, who are now men: Rogers, Mario, and Damien; she was also extremely crazy about her grandchildren. Dodie was a neighborhood mom and a socialite of her community, in which she was known and loved by all. Dodie leaves to mourn her life her sons: Rogers Luellen, Mario Luellen, and Damien Luellen; three sisters: Katron Butler, Rosalind Luellen, and Travell Luellen; brother: Dwight Bridgeford; grandchildren: La’Vaughn Luellen, Daemeisha Luellen, Amarien Luellen, Alyan Luellen, Camryn Luellen, Damien Luellen, Jr., Davon Luellen, Yawny Luellen, and Tanisha Luellen; great-granddaughter: A’raya Luellen; god-daughters: Timolin Tiller-Hall & Shacara Pierce; she mothered and grandmothered many others; she also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family & friends. Dodie is preceded in death by her mother: Lula Jean Luellen; father: Rogers Luellen, Jr.; and brother: Timothy Luellen.
