2727 N. 108th St. Omaha, NE 68164 496-9000 Diane Young, 64, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on March 16, 2022. She was born on September 11, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to James and Ruthie Mae Anderson. She attended Benson High School and later went to Patricia Stevens Fashion and Secretarial College. Diane possessed an unwavering, steadfast faith in God. She believed in the power of prayer and maintained a keen understanding of God’s Word. Her family will remember her beautiful personality that could quickly light up a room. She was incredibly intelligent and intuitive. She enjoyed listening and dancing to old school oldies but goodies, watching sports, Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, and talking politics. Diane loved spending time with her family, and she would frequently host and cook for her loved ones. She loved meat off the grill, especially feather bones, homemade mac and cheese, and ice cream. Diane is survived by children Jeffrey Anderson, Theardis Young, Jennifer Young, Julian Young, and Justin Young; sisters Jamie Faye Moore and Cathy Rollerson Diane has 10 grandchildren: Tajhea, Jeffrey, Arnez, Jeréy, Grayson, Raleigh, Jazzlyn, Genesis, Alexa, and Thea; and great-grandson Omari. All of those she loved and touched deeply. Thank you for joining us in celebrating her life.
