David Bryce Fenner, age 80 of Omaha, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2023. He was born on February 16, 1943, in Whitehall, Montana. After spending several years in California, he made his way to Wisconsin where he met his loving wife, Mary.
For several years, he worked for Space Saver, where he had the opportunity to travel as far as Abu Dhabi and collaborate with the Smithsonian. His venturesome spirit eventually led him to move his family to Omaha, where he started and successfully ran Midwest Storage Solutions for over 25 years before proudly passing the reins to his son, Taylor.
David enjoyed spending time as a member of Oak Hills Country Club where he would humbly regale his friends with his love of fast cars, classical music, playing piano, and most of all, his grandchildren. David was a kind and thoughtful soul and will be missed and remembered by the many lives he touched.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; his son, Taylor Gilbreath; daughter-in-law, Jill; grandchildren: Grant, Landen, and Joslyn; his brothers, Kermit Fenner and Dr. Wayne Fenner; and sister-in-law, Gail.
Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to any charity of your choice.
