Survived by loving wife Kim; sons: Chad (Megan) Johnson & Joshua (April) Johnson;  grandson: Samuel; granddaughter: Ellie; nieces and nephews; and many loving family and friends.

Funeral Service to be held 11 AM Saturday (2/4/2023) at Roeder Mortuary 108th Chapel (2727 N. 108th Street) with visitation to receive family and friends 1 hour prior at 10 AM. Memorials to be dedicated to the family for later designation.
