Cristy Louise Nyffeler

Born to Butch and Brenda Yarrington in 1972 she joined an older brother, Brian, in St. Joseph, MO.  Her family moved to Arnold, NE when she was young.  Cris graduated from Arnold High School in 1990.  She attended Mid-Plains Community College for two years.  In 1991, she married Mike Andre and they celebrated the births of two sons, Trenton Michael and Devon Christopher.  Cris was very active in the boy’s school and sports activities attending all practices and games.  The boys were her pride and joy.  Cristy remarried Greg Nyffeler in 2018 and gained two stepdaughters, Alexis and Reese.  She was employed by Taylor Communications for 18 years.  Cristy was a social person and always had a smile for everyone.  She has made numerous friendships that she treasured greatly.  She is survived by her husband Greg, sons Trenton and Devon, stepdaughters Alexis and Reese, her stepfather Dwight Sheets, her mother Brenda Sheets, her brother Brian Yarrington, and 7 nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Butch, and each of her grandparents.
