Craig Allen Mead

Craig Allen Mead, age 63, passed away on May 25 due to complications of MSA.

Craig was born on January 22, 1960 in Centerville, IA to Rex and Carol Mead. He graduated from Atlantic (IA) High School in 1978 and then from AIB and Creighton University.

On April 17, 1982, he married Julie Oler and they were blessed with 2 sons, BJ and Austin.

Craig and Julie were fortunate to own their own business the past 18 years in Council Bluffs, EQ School of Hair Design.

Craig was a proud member of the Goat Ropers and Guardians of the Range. He loved the Creighton Blue Jays, Iowa Hawkeyes, Kansas City Chiefs and golfing with his friends.

Craig leaves behind his wife, Julie, sons BJ (Makyla) and Austin (Erin), 2 grandsons, his mother, Carol Mead, sister, Sheri Griffeth, brothers, Chris, Brian and Chad Mead, sister-in-law Joyce Oler.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Brad, father, Rex Mead, sister-in-law, LuAnn Mead and brother-in-law Doug Oler.

Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 5th at Roeder Mortuary, 2727 N. 108th St. Omaha, Nebraska.
