Corilee C. Meidlinger

Omaha - Corilee Christine (Chisholm) Meidlinger, 81, of Omaha, Nebraska born on January 16, 1944, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 8th, 2025. Corilee is survived by her husband Charles (Chuck), her son James (Julie), her daughter Christine Goetzinger (Eric), and her youngest son David (Mandi), her grandchildren Ethan, Kirsten, Allison, Jillian, Nathan, and Ivy, her sister-in-law Kathryn Reckner and her brother-in-law John Meidlinger (Terry) and many dear nieces, nephews, and friends.

Corilee was the most talented quilter and sewer with multiple new projects in progress. Above all, she loved to share her talent by making gifts for everyone through quilts, blankets, and toys. She loved to travel with her family on extended road trips and to visit her grandchildren. She especially loved her Bernina sewing machine that was gifted with love by her husband Charles.

Corilee is remembered as the ultimate host for holidays who loved being surrounded by family and friends as much as possible. Corilee will forever be remembered as a dedicated wife, incredible mother, and beloved grandmother.

Visitation Monday 5-6:30 PM with Vigil Service at 6:30 PM at Roeder Mortuary. Funeral service 10:00 Am Tuesday April 15th at St. Leo’s Catholic Church located at 1902 N. 102nd St. Omaha, Nebraska. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorials to the family to be designated later.
