Survived by wife, Jeannine Carmicheal; sons, Charles Wayne Jr. and Patrick Carmicheal; grandchildren, Charles Wayne III and Harley Jeannine Carmicheal; Jeannine's children from previous marriages, Sandra Essensohn, Chris Palmisano, Lenny Palmisano and Marty Lenz; and Jeannine’s grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Jamie, Angie, Amy, Len and Christina and siblings, Terry, Al "Forth" and Elva Mae.
MEMORIAL SERVICE Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11:00am Roeder Mortuary 108th Street Chapel. Reception will follow the service at Faith Bible Church 1555 S. 27th Street.
