Charles S. Nefsky

of Gretna - Age 93. Passed away on February 18, 2018. Charles was born in Frannie, Wyoming on April 14, 1924 to Charles C. Nefsky and Lenora W. Nefsky. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Mary L. Nefsky. He is survived by his son Rodney Nefsky , daughters Lenora Nefsky and Canda DeBoer , six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Charles was World War II veteran having serviced with the 9th Army Air Force, 366th Fighter Group. Charles was a member of American Legion Post 216, VFW Post 10725, 40 & 8 and Masonic Lodge. He was active in his community over the years with service on the Gretna Volunteer Fire Department & Gretna City Council and recognition as Gretna Citizen of the year.

Visitation Wednesday 4:00 - 7:00 PM; Service 10:00 AM Thursday all at Roeder Mortuary 11710 Standing Stone Gretna, Nebraska, Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery Omaha, Nebraska.
