, 1955 to Mr. Willie Joe and Mrs. Dorothy M. Gamble in Hope, AK. Cathy was called home by our Lord and Savior on Tuesday afternoon, the 7

of June. She is preceded in death by father Willie Joe Gamble, and brothers Rodney and Vernon Gamble. Cathy is survived by mother Dorothy M. Gamble ; children, Gregory, Javonna , and Ebony ; grandchildren, Javarr, Rae’Van, Markia, Nathaniel, Lamar Jr., Ka’lyse and Kaylynn; siblings, Donald Wayne, Patricia, Cynthia, Kevin, Stephen, and Norman Gamble.

Cathy graduated from Tech High School in 1974. She was a hard-working dedicated women whom truly cherished her children and family. Cathy worked at Campbell’s Soup, Nebraska University Medical Center, and Alegent Health Bergan Mercy Medical Center for many years each.

Cathy had a smile that could brighten the gloomiest of days and a laugh that filled any room. She was by far one of the strongest women, known for her upbeat attitude and vociferous ways. She surpassed several obstacles that many of us have no idea about, but she always persevered, becoming even stronger, wiser, and an inspiration to those around her. Her loving spirit will always be with us as she continues to live in our hearts.
