Carolyn is survived by many loving family and friends. Services will be held at St. Bernard's Catholic Church 3601 N. 65th Street on Monday July 25th at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held same day at St. Bernard's at 10:00 AM. Memorials to be dedicated to St. Bernard's Catholic Church.
