Omaha, NE-Carol Ann Joyce, 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 6, 2017 surrounded by loved ones in Omaha, NE. Carol was born on August 23, 1949 in North Platte, NE to Donald Eugene McFarland, Sr. and Leora Laura McFarland. Carol graduated from North Platte High School in 1967. She made her home in Omaha, Nebraska for the past 26 years. Carol worked at UNMC and Creighton Medical Center as well as the DoubleTree . Carol married and divorced Jim Tevepaugh  of Anita, Iowa, and Lauren Joyce of Atlantic, Iowa. She was a devoted and loving mother of Brian Joyce of Omaha, NE and Yvonne Pringle of Cataula, GA. She cherished her grandchildren, Kaitlin Nicole Morse, Blaine Alexander Michael Morse, and Carter Thomas Pringle.

Preceding her in death were: Asa and Edna McFarland ; John Christ Johnson and Carrie Christina Morrison ; James and Paul Johnson ; Marie Hazelrigg, Margaret Collins, Mildred Lloyd, Alice Florom ; Dale McFarland ; Donald Eugene McFarland, Sr. ; Donna Lynn Peterson ; and, Michael Dennis McFarland .

Carol will be missed immensely by her mother, Leora Laura McFarland of Omaha, NE, brothers Donald Eugene McFarland, Jr. of Burleson, TX  Randall Allen McFarland of Ashland, NE, and Terry Peterson of McCook, NE, and sister Christy Jo Relph of McCook, NE, many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many other family and friends.
