Carl J. Fosberg, Sr.

Carl John Fosberg, Sr. was born on June 12, 1944 to Esther K. and Robert L. Fosberg. He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1969, and was a combat veteran of the Vietnam War. He married the love of his life, Kathryn Sue (Trimble) on August 19, 1972. She preceded him in death on January 26, 2020.

He is survived by his son Carl Fosberg, Jr., his daughter Kelly Wegner (Terry), his stepson Michael LaPuzza (Lori), his stepdaughter Karen Barajas (Luis), and grandchildren Khloe Fosberg, Reagan Wegner, Mandi Reynols, Jennifer LaPuzza, Joel Barajas, and Taylor Barajas; great-grandchildren: Cameron, Jayson, and Devon Reynolds, and Erika Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Kathryn, and his sister Verna Mae Fosberg.

Celebration of Life: 2:00 - 4:00 PM with Time of Sharing 3:30 PM Saturday (10/19/2024) at Roeder Mortuary 2727 N. 108th St. Omaha, NE. Private family burial at a later date.
