Betty Andrews

9/12/1922 - 4/22/2015

Betty passed away peacefully April 22 in Tustin, California. She was born and raised in Cameron, Missouri. Betty graduated from Northwest Missouri State 1943 and was married to George Andrews in 1944. They moved to Omaha in 1951 to begin their long term teaching careers the Omaha Public School System. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by husband, George Andrews and parents, Richard and Nelle Gay.  Survived by son, George Andrews II of Santa Ana, CA and grandchildren, Jordan Andrews of Hermosa Beach, CA, Kaitlin Andrews and Ryan Andrews of Santa Ana, CA and numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to First Christian Church or Nebraska Fellowship of Christian Athletes PO Box 83671 Lincoln, NE 68501.  FUNERAL SERVICE Monday, May 4, 2015 at 2:00pm at First Christian Church Chapel 6630 Dodge Street.  Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery
