Annette M. Murrell

Omaha - Annette Marie Murrell was born August 19, 1949 to Charlie and Ruth (Sapp) Williams in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. She was called home on February 2, 2026. She graduated from Mitchell High School in Bossier City, Louisiana. After graduating high school Annette joined Job Corps, which brought her to Omaha Nebraska, where she met and later married Clifford “Geno” Murrell and together they had two sons. She began her career at Western Electric, followed by AT&T and Epson Hillmer Graphics, where she later retired. Annette was a truly amazing person anyone who knew her couldn’t help but love her. She had a special passion for cooking and baking, and if you could name it, she could make it. Annette was always stylish and full of personality. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren and siblings. She was strong-willed and outspoken, and she never hesitated to speak her mind. Annette will be deeply missed, but her spirit, love and memories will live on with us forever.

Annette was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Murrell and her brother Phillip Sapp. She is survived by her loving husband, Clifford “Geno” Murrell; her children, Felicia (Terry) Harrington, Courtney (Robin) Murrell, Clifford (Regina) Murrell Jr., and Gary Murrell; her siblings, Charles Williams, Peggy Smith, Brent Williams, Thomas Williams, Debra Williams, Terry Williams, and Rodney Hamilton; as well as her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
