Angela Morris

Angela Morris, 101, Omaha, Nebraska, formerly of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, October 6, 2023. She was born July 6, 1922, to Smpad and Mary Yerganian in St. Joseph Missouri. Angela graduated from Benton High School and attended St. Joseph Business College before her 30-year career with Drovers and Merchants Bank, and later sold Avon for 26 years.

Angela was married to William Pritchard and had one child, Judy. Later she married Leonard Morris and was married 35 years before his death in 1985.

Angela was a lifelong member of King Hill United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star and Entre Nous Club. After living her entire life in St. Joseph, health issues led her to move to Omaha to be close to her daughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Leonard, and brothers, Simon and Carl. She is survived by daughter, Judy and son-in-law Larry Brown, 2 grandsons, Jason (Broomfield Co) and Derek (Nora) (Anaconda, MT), 3 great grandchildren, Tanner, Caroline and Hadley, nieces and nephews and many friends.

Services and Public Livestream will be held at Meierhoffer Funeral Home, St. Joseph, Mo., Saturday October 14.
