Alice M. Johnson-Freeman

July 5, 1957 - May 11, 2022 Alice was born July 5, 1957 in Omaha, NE to Bertha Johnson-Whiteside and Monroe Willis. Alice joined Greater New Hope as a young child and attender St. John Baptist Church.  She attended Tech High and worked at various nursing homes. Alice loved her family, she enjoyed traveling and shopping and would dress to the tee, she loved her clothes and shoes. She is proceeded in death by her father, Monroe Willis, step-father Douglas Whiteside Sr, Children:  Kizzy Marie and DeAnthony Freeman; siblings:  Shirley, Larry, Raymond Johnson and Patricia Ann Cosey. Alice leaves to cherish and honor her memories:  Sons, Jeremy Johnson, Lincoln, NE and Lamont Freeman. Granddaughter:  D’Iujai Johnson, Mother, Bertha Johnson-Whiteside; Husband, Lowry Scott; Brothers:  Lonnie Johnson, Gregory Whitlow and Richard Whiteside; Sisters:  Darlene Johnson and Carman Michelle Johnson, and her Michigan family of sisters and brothers along with all her Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. Special people in her life:  Howard Freeman, Carolyn Mitchell-Rascoe and Shondra Minnifield. Visitation: 5:00 - 7:00 PM Thursday at Roeder Mortuary - Ames Chapel.
